6. Vertebral Disease- Tumour, Meningioma, Tuberculosis
7. Intraspinal tumour
8. Post traumatic arachnoiditis.

B. Extra Spinal Causes

1. Compression within the pelvis of buttock
2. Pelvic inflammation, Malignancy etc
3. Extra pelvic factors like trauma, hip dislocation etc.
