- Avoid frequent intake of millets, flour of wheat and corn, Oil other than Til oil, fruits, raw vegetables.
- Junk food, common Salt, Chilly, Deep fried item, Milk products should be avoided.
- Oily and spicy food, sweets, salt, sour taste should be kept away of the patient.
- Non-veg is strictly prohibited. Vegetables with slimmy properties should be avoided.
- Boiled brown rice, puffed paddy (Khoi/Lia/Lai), Green gram (Muga/Moong/Moodga) are advised. Rice and Green gram should be cooked in open pot, so that the froth can be separated during cooking.
- Vegetables like Point gourd (Parval/Potala), Ridge gourd (Janhi/Taroi), Bitter Gourd (Karela/Kalara), Spin Gourd(Kankada/Kheksha), Bottle Gourd (Lau/Lauki) are advised. If syrum potassium level is not very high Drum stick (Sajana Chuin/Sahijan) is very much Ideal.
- Limited amount of Saindhava Lavana is preferred to common Salt.
- Til Oil (Sesame Oil) and Cow Ghee are advised. Fried food isn’t advisable.

- Patient should get up early in the morning in between 4 AM to 6 AM. He or She should avoid intake of excessive water in empty stomach in the morning. No where it is described in daily regimen or seasonal regimen in Charak Samhita or Shushruta Samhita.
- Patient should go for an early morning Sun exposure for 30 minutes with minimum cloths.
- Morning walk with maximum capacity (Distance and KM/Hr) within comfort is advised.
- Patient should get engaged with different physical activities and mild to moderate exercise.
- Patient should avoid rigorous exercise and hard work.
- Patient should definitely avoid day sleep.
- Patient is advised to take dinner at 7 PM. Dinner should be equal or less than the breakfast.
- After the dinner get digested patient should go to bed by 9 PM.
- Patient should avoid late night bed. Late night bed decreases quality and quantity of life.

Behavioural Practice
Behavioural practice plays a vital role to keep a person healthy or diseased. The patient is advised to release the urge of flatus, stool, urine, sneezing, thirst, hunger, sleep, cough, breathing, yawning, tear (crying), vomiting and semens. Holding these urge may help increases in Vata Dosha or Neurological Disorders and structural disorder. Likely the mental urge should be held. They include greediness, stealing, lying, anger, jealousness, over perfectionism etc. These good practice will reduce pressure over body and mind. Sub-sequently it will reduce pressure over Kidney.
