Gastritis Symptoms
Gastritis is characterized by the following symptoms.
They are sour eructation, excessive salivation, Heaviness in body and abdomen, excessive thirst or dryness of mouth, head ache, head reeling, burning chest, burning throat, burning abdomen, abdominal pain, fullness of stomach, bloating sound, bowel insufficiency, tiredness and fatigue. Any of these signs and symptoms may be observed in early gastritis. In advanced stage there may be signs like under eye and facial swelling, vomiting etc.
Gastrirtis Causes
Gastritis is caused by defective food habit, life style and behavioral practice.
Skipping meal, taking liquid when feeling hungry, excessive feeding, untimely feeding, frequent feeding are very bad habits to cause gastritis. Sleeping immediately after taking food is reason behind all types of gastric disorders. Incompatible food habit (e.g.: fish with milk) causes gastric diseases like acidity, gastritis etc.
Day sleep, late night bed, running or driving- vehicle after food are not good for the gastric health.
Getting angry frequently, increases the level of Pitta in body. All negative behavioral practice leads to gastritis. Even over perfectionist is not an exception.
